Shipping Policy
FLOWMOTO ships motorcycle parts and accessories from Rayong, Thailand to customers worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination zone and package weight.
Processing time
- In-stock items are usually prepared within 1-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Some carbon fiber, painted, or fitment-specific items may require additional preparation time. If extra time is needed, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp before shipment.
Estimated transit time
- Asia: usually 5-12 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: usually 7-18 business days after dispatch.
- United States: usually 7-18 business days after dispatch.
- Australia and New Zealand: usually 7-18 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: usually 10-25 business days after dispatch.
Transit times are estimates and can be affected by carrier capacity, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking scans to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to pay import charges, we may need to charge the actual re-shipping cost before sending it again.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the item. We will help review the issue with the carrier and work with you on the next step.
